Newark, Ohio used car dealer, Cappy's Auto Sales.
Contrary to listings on the web, Cappy’s Auto Sales is not on East Main Street. At least this Cappy’s isn’t. It’s located on the corner of West Church Street and North 21st street. I’ve seen some custom used cars for sale here, some were very customized. They also sell regular used cars.
Cappy’s Auto Sales has no website at the current time.
